Complaint Letter to the Boss

When writing a complaint to your bosses always state your concerns clearly and to the point. Do not use any abusive language. Always keep a hard copy of the letter sent to the boss. If the same problem persists write again but mark a copy to the HR.
Dear Sir,
This is to bring to your notice that yesterday during the meeting you shouted at me. I found it very unprofessional and you shouted in front of the entire staff. I do not accept such behavior and request you to be more professional going forward. I understand you have all the right to reprimand me when the work is not done or the targets are not met. But I will not accept abusive language and hope that you will understand what I want to convey.
Yours sincerely
Your name
