Ref: Resignation Letter
Dear Mr. Woodland,
I have been working as a Senior Tester in your company for the past 1 year. At this juncture I feel that my skills don’t match this profile. 15 days back I was given the opportunity to work in the Developing Department and while working there I found that the developing department holds more opportunity for my career and I can use my skills to the utmost in that department. Besides I would like to work in a more creative field.
Hence, I would like to resign from the post of Senior Tester. As I feel that the present job is holding no satisfaction for me I am here by submitting my resignation from the post of Senior Tester. I feel that this would be a better option for me. I request you to kindly accept my resignation and kindly transfer me to the developing department permanently.
Thanking You,
Sincerely,
Sue Johnson
