Phoenix Information Technology Company and Latex Software Company filed an Advice Letter (number-5368-B / 7895-K) for seeking approval to implement a trial program for paying maintenance bills through credit cards.
The said advised letter of credit was approved on 15th Sept’ 2010. As per the Advice letter the Phoenix Information Technology company and the Latex Software Company have agreed to file another advice letter within a period of 14 months to continue to be allowed to make maintenance bill payments through credit cards.
Both the Companies have mutually agreed upon that the said advice letter be made effective immediately. Anyone having any objections with the letter can issue objection letter to the Boston utilities commission. The letter should be submitted within days of filing of the letter.
As per the law books, a copy of the advice letter is provided to the utilities commission for reference of others
